Yesterday I took a charter flight on a small Cessna 172RG down to Adani Mining's Labona camp to check out new heavy equipment arriving on site that will soon begin construction on a rail line to link the mine to their Abbot Point coal terminal. Scored a lovely camp lunch, met up with an old friend and got a nice run in The Australian today. All in all, a pretty good day out in the heat!

According to Rockhampton's Morning Bulletin (another News Ltd paper running the story the following day) my name is now "Contributed" :)
Wow, that brings back memories — I actually flew in a similar small aircraft years ago during a uni field visit, and it totally reminded me of this! Love seeing real, on-the-ground updates like this. Also, fun fact: during my nursing studies, I had to balance crazy travel like this and get assignments done — thank goodness for Nursing Assignment Writing Service, seriously saved me more than once! 😅
